Society Membership - Associate membership explained

Associate share is for all staff on a flexible contract and some TUPE permanent staff.

Some part-time workers have a permanent contract, so they would be eligible for the full society share.

Associates pay - £10, not the full £25 share amount.

When signing up on the intranet this would let the staff member know what they were eligible for, but at current we are reliant on the staff member giving us accurate information.

To help with this Society team are going to add a step to the manual process, so staff come to the society inbox first, so the Society team can check and confirm their eligible share and then direct to staff memberships.
